This vacation rental is a brand new 80 qm duplex designed like a house with its 35 m² private terrace, at 600 m from the metro station Gabriel Péri - Asnières Gennevilliers ( line 13 ). Gennevilliers is only two metro stations from Paris, on a direct line into central Paris. It takes only 12 minutes to go to the Haussmann Opéra area with all major department stores, 20 minutes to Montmartre and les Champs-Elysées. Direct bus to the business quarter La Défense. This duplex is located on the 2nd and 3rd level of a new building (having only three levels), and which is a part of a private domain. It has a lock-up garage for one car and an outside parking place as well as six hectares of greenery in the surroundings. The apartment facing calm courtyards is meticulously decorated and very bright, fully furnished and equipped.
At the first floor (access by an outside staircase), there is a spacious living room of 40 qm with an open kitchen and separated toilets. It is equipped with large windows giving on the terrace, decorated with plants, TV, hi fi system, phone (free reception calls, calls with France Telecom card). In the kitchen you will find brand new household appliances (dishwasher, a combo fridge-freezer, microwave + grill, a washing machine with dryer, electric coffee maker, toaster).
